Geoff has over 35 years experience; Initially in Life and Pensions progressing from NPI, Standard Life, Prudential and Friends Provident before joining HSBC, where he was appointed Head of Retirement.

He was later appointed Senior VP Wealth Transformation in New York, spending 4 years transforming and modernising the US business.

He returned to the UK as Global Head of Life Pensions and Investments. Geoff founded and is currently CEO of Alpha Beta Partners, a market disrupting asset manager dedicated to delivering world class retirement solutions managing more than £1Bn Assets Under Management.

Founder

Andrew has spent his entire working life in corporate and financial structuring and compliance.

He began his distinguished career at Legal and General before migrating to a role as an Investment Specialist at Scottish Equitable.

Andrew has been instrumental in developing and monitoring financial products and directing a number of respected financial service provider companies, including Sarasin and Partners, London, Morley Fund Management (now Aviva Investors) and latterly Alpha Beta Partners.

Geoff and Andrew set up Alpha Beta Partners, a market disrupting asset manager dedicated to delivering world class retirement solutions to customers at reasonable cost.

Alpha Beta offers a comprehensive choice of specialist portfolios designed to meet the needs of those investors seeking exclusive ethical investment policies.

Richard was the lead tax partner at Mazars property and construction group and is a regular presenter around the country on tax issues and reliefs specific to the property sector.

Richard was a founder and managing director of Trireme Pension Services Ltd, the pension arm of the Praxis IFM Group.

Richard has been named in the top 100 most influential individuals in the wealth advisory industry (annual publication by International Adviser) each year since the list was published.

Simon has over thirty years experience in the financial sector. He commenced his career in financial services in the late eighties and joined J Rothschilds in 1991, becoming a partner the following year.

He went on to become a shareholder and partner in the Tower Group and raised over a billion pounds (sterling) for an array of international projects.

He is a consultant to Practix Capital Limited, a regulated investment management and advisory business.

A seasoned executive with a rich history of national and international senior roles, spanning private to public listed companies, encompassing services to local authorities, central government, and the blue-chip private sector.

With a background in residential, destination, and commercial property, Bill’s expertise is underpinned by his early background as a Qualified Marine Chief Engineer. Bill has led complex cloud transformation projects and delivered targeted/integrated acquisitions.

Bill has assumed several key NXD/advisory roles in nascent SaaS and AGTech ventures. His enthusiastic, approachable leadership style, characterized by passion and visibility, has consistently guided these enterprises towards success.

Carsten brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership expertise to the Inspired team. He has spent over three decades helping businesses around the world to reach their full potential. He has held several VP and C Suite roles from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Executive and has acted as a consultant, board member, investor, author, and inspirational speaker.

Carsten has been involved in building 8 international start-ups several within the Energy/Cleantech area. Carsten has also run national and international operations for companies like Gartner Asia Pacific, Bisnode International Region (now part of Dun & Bradstreet) and Cap Gemini Denmark.

During this time, he was also considered the company expert for e-business & e-transformation, benchmarking/continuous improvement as well as running an AI group.

Charles started his career working for a local builder in Salisbury. He still gets behind the tools and has a lifelong love of property.

Charles was called to the Bar in 1991 and was appointed as one of her Majesty’s Counsel in 2010 (now King’s Counsel).

He has a well published career at the Bar and as a lawyer, and has advised Institutions, Companies and Individuals.

His real passions are fishing and property. Charles is a sophisticated investor and entrepreneur with a wide- ranging network of contacts and has been involvement in a number of start-up companies in the Tech sector.

John has 36 years’ experience of local government at all levels, including Chief Executive of Reigate & Banstead. His track record speaks for itself and his focus is always on meeting the needs and aspirations of local residents and businesses, while supporting economic development and prosperity

John has driven significant property and regeneration projects, which have been delivered with the support of strong partnerships with neighbouring authorities, health, housing, police and other partners.

John introduces innovative approaches to leadership and management, including strong staff development and succession planning through talent management programmes.

Kevin brings over 41 years of dedicated service in local government and a strong commitment to excellence in customer service. His expertise spans key front-line services including revenues, benefits, and customer services as well as time at the Audit Commission.

His proven track record includes successfully leading teams through significant transitions. Notably, Kevin played a pivotal role in dissolving the CenSus Partnership in West Sussex and establishing a new Revenues and Benefits team at Mid Sussex DC while maintaining high performance standards. His leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic garnered local and national acclaim for ensuring timely financial assistance to businesses and people. He also spearheaded innovative projects such as the internalisation of enforcement agents at Luton BC.

Kevin’s contributions to various national reports and initiatives, coupled with his ongoing mentoring and tutoring endeavours, underscore his commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in public sector services.
